# List public plan catalog

Returns the catalog of public plans (`is_custom = false`) as the
pricing source-of-truth for the dashboard and marketing site. Custom
contract plans are excluded. Unauthenticated — this is catalog data,
not per-account state (per-account plan lives on `GET /v1/account`).
