Run a web search and return ranked organic results. Accessed via `client.search`.

POST /v1/search — run a web search and return ranked organic results.

`requestOptions` carries the CLIENT-side abort budget (`requestTimeoutMs`) and an
optional caller `signal`; both override the constructor's `timeoutMs` default.
